Returns and right of withdrawal

In addition to the conditions specifically provided for in point 1.3. Return and exchange procedure, the customer must also consider that, if the product to be returned has been purchased as part of a promotional campaign and, therefore, has benefited from an offer with the product, both items must be returned. Both products must comply with the return conditions mentioned above.

The client has the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify Lamps Escala, at the address, C / Baños nº66 and 68. C.P. 41002, Seville, Spain, by phone 954903632/664422221, via social networks (Facebook and Instagram) or through WhatsApp, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) . You can use the model withdrawal form that appears as an Annex in the Terms and Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

Rejecting the order in the act of delivery or the impossibility of delivery, for reasons not attributable to Escala Lamps or the courier service, will imply the loss of the right to reimbursement of the price paid for them, as well as the costs inherent to the purchase: shipping costs and / or transport packaging cost.

Observations: The lack of any element that prevents the product from being back in stock for sale, in particular, the respective instruction manual in its original condition of supply, implies its immediate classification as an incomplete product and, as such, the consequent non-acceptance of the return of the same.

Each item (s) to be returned must, therefore, be sent in the above numbered conditions, and the label of the transport company must be attached to the original transport box, or in an alternative, which guarantees the correct conservation of the product. , said box being destroyed once the state of conservation of the returned product (s) has been confirmed. By breaching any of the conditions of the state of conservation stated above, the client will lose the right to be reimbursed, and in that case they will have 10 days to collect the item (s) in question at our facilities, above indicated, supporting for this the costs of that management. This collection must be carried out by a transport company contracted by the client, since it is not possible to collect it in person by natural persons, even if that person is the client.


The customer must return the item (s), request a refund and make a new purchase. The entire return procedure is duly identified in the “Returns” section, regarding the determination of the conditions applicable to the question of acceptance of the products to be exchanged.

Refund methods

The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 days from the date the client communicated his intention to withdraw.
We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, unless the client indicates otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which they want us to make the return. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain the refund until we have received the items.

If the payment was made by card, the refund will be made on the same card and you will see it reflected, as a rule, in the following bank statement.

Return costs

After the respective notification to Lamps Escala and the confirmation that there has been an error in the item (s) sent (s) or that defective product (s) have been sent to the customer, Lamps Escala will assume the costs of the return by collecting them at the delivery address. To do this, a member of the returns and refunds area of ​​the Lámparas Escala Customer Service will contact the customer to agree on the aforementioned collection and provide any additional clarification on this matter.
